As mentioned in my recent post about choosing the perfect sofa, I love beautiful white crisp interiors. A flawless finish, I find it impossible not to lust after this look.
Unfortunately, it simply wouldn’t work in our home. I’m far too clumsy and our dogs are quite often far too muddy. I couldn’t bear to see a single smudge, and white soft furnishings wouldn’t stay pristine for long.
For those brave enough to try out this beautiful trend there is one company who do it to perfection, The White Company.
Effortlessly stylish, they are a one stop shop for all things White, balancing classic and contemporary design with absolute ease.
Here are a few of my top picks…

If anything should be crisp and white its bedding. A little extra effort goes a long way, and good quality sheets in this shade will never date. Easily matched to softer palettes, a really light blush would be a beautiful scheme for a grown up bedroom.
With no need to go overboard, a few sleek accessories can go a long way. Pared back and minimal, scented white candles instantly lift a room. Worth investing a little more money in, always opt for quality over quantity.
Often noticeboards can be a riot of colour, but this muted palette of white, grey and black is a perfect way to add character without disrupting a monochrome scheme. A great way to keep organised, without sacrificing style.
As you may have guessed this week’s trend may as well have been a love letter to The White Company. I’m a big fan of theirs, and let’s face it, credit were credits due, their collections are always exceptional.
