Our first Christmas Eve Box

Our first Christmas Eve Box

In many ways I prefer Christmas Eve to the day itself. We’ve always shared the evening with friends and family, with the night full of giddy excitement.

This year, I’m really looking forward to sharing the day with our baby boy, starting some new family traditions to enjoy every Christmas Eve.

No stranger to the concept of ‘Christmas Eve Boxes,’ I always knew I wanted one for our baby boy; so, I was thrilled when Babyblooms offered to send us one of their personalised illustrated wooden boxes.

We’re huge fans of Babyblooms, and we’ve always loved their products. From pregnancy, to packing our hospital bag, right through to our baby boy’s first bath.

Beautifully packaged, they are one of the few brands I’d be happy to send as a gift straight to the recipient – you really can depend on the time and effort they take to wrap everything up perfectly.

Wrapped in a red bow, the box itself is made from natural wood and looks beautiful under the Christmas tree, ready and waiting to be opened. Available to order until Wednesday 13th December, the box contains a bone china plate and the classic story book ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’

Both the illustration on the Christmas Eve box and the plate can be personalised to your family or child’s name, making it all the more exciting.

Perfectly designed, the plate is addressed to Santa and Rudolph, with a space for a mince pie, a carrot and of course a drink. Chances are our Father Christmas will be enjoying a chilled glass of prosecco this year….

The story book features detailed illustrations, full of colour to easily hold a child’s attention. I can’t wait to snuggle up with our baby boy, reading him the classic tale before putting him to bed.

As well as the plate and book, we’ll be adding in a couple of bits and bobs. This year it’ll be a special Christmas sleepsuit, but I’m sure in years to come festive films, hot chocolate, and a few treats are bound to sneak their way in….
